Crane Inspections Overview

ACIS inspects everything from chain hoists to tower cranes on a daily basis. No customer is too large or too small.

ACIS inspectors are trained and certified to inspect all mobile, tower, and overhead cranes as well as bucket trucks, scissor/manlifts, pile drivers, drill rigs, forklifts, mobile gantry cranes, elevator hoists, below the hook lifting devices, rigging equipment, & various construction equipment. Our inspectors hold either NCCCO and Crane Institute of America Inspector certifications or both to ensure you are getting a thorough inspection.

ACIS is accredited by OSHA Maritime Enforcement under 29CFR 1919 to inspect and certify shore based and barge mounted cranes as well as special stevedoring gear and other below-the-hook lifting devices. ACIS also certifies construction barge mounted cranes that do not fall under Maritime Enforcement.
